Among the most marginalised communities, cancer carries a fatalism that prevents people from seeking help. This initiative — a collaboration between a senior oncologist, a grassroots organisation, a cancer hospital, and GRAMA as the facilitator — conducts health camps in panchayats, identifies suspected cases, and financially supports patients through treatment.
